It appears that the HydraStar Disc Brake Kit # HSE7K-T1 is the correct kit for your 2021 Vanleigh Vilano 320GK. The Reese Goosebox you'll need and be able to fit on your trailer will depend on the actual trailer. In addition to the GVWR of the trailer, which will be used to determine the capacity you'll need (either 16k or 20k), you will need to know the pin box model number- either Lippert 1621, 1117, etc.. Yes, axle spread and wheel base by definition are the same measurements. You will measure from the center of one axle to the center of the 2nd axle to determine what you axle spread is.
This may be difficult as some wheels and covers will make this harder to determine. You can also measure from common points in reference to the axle. We've had this question in the past and when we checked with Furrion they told us that they discontinued the oven you have and the replacement parts are no longer available.
The best solution for this would be to replace the oven with a newer model like the Furrion 2-in-1 Gas Oven and Range # FR37KR, which would give you a replacement oven and a new range all in one. So the difference is purely in how the two connect to your sewer pipe, which will also tell you which one you need; one will slide into the pipe (the spigot) while the other will slide onto the pipe (the hub):

Definitely a smart idea to replace your Atwood heater with a tankless unit, as they are much more energy-efficient and quicker to heat your water. The 3-1/2" requirement you were getting with the # RM-2470-2580 was simply because of the shock kit. I do recommend replacing your U-Bolts as well though with ones like # APUBR-9 as these get stretched and worn out after being torqued down and could potentially cause an issue down the road. I took a look at what Lippert and ourselves offer as replacements for the Lippert Solera awning, and the outer cover for the arm that you mentioned is actually offered as a replacement part.
Instead, to replace that piece, you're going to have to replace the entire arm assembly with something like the:

As your 2022 Vanleigh Vilano 320GK has a GVWR of 16,000lbs and uses 8,000lb axles you will need to use the Roadmaster Comfort Ride Leaf Spring Suspension Kit w/ Shocks # RM-2460-2580. This will have the 8,000lb leaf springs while the kit # RM-2460-2570 you found only has 7,000LB springs for a lighter axle.
